Remove Water Spots from Wood Surfaces
Introduction: Water stains and water spots on wood surfaces, hardwood floors or furniture are unsightly and are usually difficult to remove. Commercial water stain remover or water spot remover will not necessarily get the stain out. Frequently the surface has to be sanded and refinished. That is a lot of work and takes a variety of tools to complete the job. I recall an “old wives tail” that works pretty well without going through the process of sanding the wood surface and refinishing or buying a water stain remover that doesn’t work.
