A New Toilet Gasket Without Wax

The Sani-Seal Makes Installing a Toilet Easy

Introduction:

Replacing a leaky toilet flange seal has always been problematic. The wax ring seal must be nearly perfectly centered over the flange before setting the toilet in place. Once the weight of the toilet settles on the wax ring the seal is deformed and can’t be used again. This is troublesome if you don’t get the toilet perfectly centered on the first try. If you have to remove the toilet to re-center it, the new wax seal you just installed will not seal the toilet.

At last there is a new toilet gasket without wax that is now available that makes the whole job a lot easier, it is called the Sani-Seal. The Sani-Seal gasket is an incredibly forgiving seal that can be repositioned several times and still provide a water and gas-tight seal even on floors where the flange is mounted isn't level. This is a new toilet gasket that is easy to install and can be repositioned if necessary.

The Sani-Seal is wax-free seal that is made of anti-microbial polyurethane foam which remains flexible and resilient in extreme temperatures and working conditions. It also holds the toilet mount bolts upright as you install the toilet over the flange. This new gasket allows you to reposition the toilet without ruining the ring and it seals better than wax and with less mess.

On your next toilet replacement I recommend that you use the Sani Seal. If you don’t get the toilet exactly centered on the flange you can reposition it with having to replace the seal. The new seal will save you time any money and can be purchased at any plumbing supply store or home improvement supply center.
