This noise can be remedied by installing an air chamber and / or shock absorption fittings. Screeching noise:A common problem is a sharp screech when you open a faucet. The screech is brief and will often stop as soon as the faucet is completely open. This is usually caused by a bad part in the faucet. You can rebuild the faucet yourself or replace it.
