Determine how much time will it take
Source of material
Is professional help required

Working without a plan is not the best approach to successfully complete a home repair or home improvement. A well thought out plan will help avoid cost overruns, time overruns, insufficient or the wrong material, and a poorly completed project.

Nearly every homeowner wants to improve their home or make their own home repairs.
